Returns & Exchanges

At Vittoria, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
